As each of our projects is built-to-order, it is essential to understand everything we can about what you would like - both functional and aesthetically - and we will discuss the best ways to achieve your ideal finished piece. This includes a comprehensive ‘measure and scope’ to enable us to give you an accurate price guideline.

After the quote has been agreed upon and any questions answered, we move on to the design. Based on our detailed consultation, we tend to hit this first time. We also make allowances for any minor adjustments based on the brief. Any questions or concerns you have will be answered, and we will not move on to production until you are fully happy with the design.

With the design agreed and your deposit received, we move on to production, which takes approximately 8-12 weeks. We can be flexible on these timescales based on any specific deadlines you may have and our existing production schedule at the time. We will agree on potential installation dates and source any samples you may need as part of a larger project, such as woods, finishing and ironmongery.

As the delivery date for your project approaches, we will work with you in a mutually convenient way to confirm specific dates and the practicalities of installation. This is especially important for larger home projects where we are just one of a number of contractors. Your furniture is delivered, or your installation completed, for final sign-off.
